Carpenter Square is being developed by MR Scott Development LLC. Mark R. Scott is a local developer with extensive background in residential development from past work at K. Hovnanian Builders, and D.R. Horton. Mark lives in the neighborhood, and is active in several community organizations including SOSNA, The Christian Street YMCA, and EM Stanton Elementary School.

Carpenter Square assembled a team of local professionals, including two architects; Christopher Stromberg, LEED AP and Brian Johnston, AIA, LEED AP.   They’ve both designed and constructed several Energy Star Qualified, sustainably designed, modern rowhomes in the Graduate Hospital Neighborhood and throughout Center City Philadelphia. Both Architects provide a wide range of design services to private, public, and non-profit clients. Projects include renovations and new construction ranging from single and multi-family residential, mixed-use developments, recreational, educational, and transportation facilities.

Michelle Ashley of the PhillyLiving team at Keller Williams Center City will be serving dual roles of Realtor and Interior Designer.
